Service Description

SoloPool.org provides non-custodial mining infrastructure. The Service does not store, manage or control user funds. Block rewards are created and assigned to the address specified by the user.


No Custody

The Service does not hold user balances and does not perform payouts or withdrawals. All rewards are processed at the blockchain level.


User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your wallet address, mining configuration, hardware and software, and compliance with applicable laws.


No Guarantees

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of statistics, or successful block discovery.


Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any financial losses, hardware or software failures, network or blockchain issues, or misconfiguration and user error.


Service Availability

The Service may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.


Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
